This device was used by my daughter and she said she put it aside for long time them came across it and found out it wont start or charge. The only visible damage I could see is a fine scratch/crack near the earphone plug entry but there is no history of fall or knock etc.. I suspect there could be a damage to the charging port or the battery is not charging but I can confirm that.
