The book has staining on the front and back and corner bending. There first 3 pages and the last 3 pages have water staining in the top right corner only. Not sure how those 6 pages were the only pages affected. Even though the staining, it doesn't affect any of the text for music.
There is writing on the cover, the first page has a name written and a reference to 2 pages on it, then on page 4 has 5 things are written next to the Table of contents. The rest of the pages are clean with no writing, rips, tears on the pages
