A) No, Grade A and Grade B sofas will more or less look the same, but Grade B may have light signs of wear, nothing noticeable, unless carefully looked for.

Q) I'm worried I won't like the condition of the sofa and will lose my delivery fee if I return it?
A) No worries, when the sofa arrives, feel free to open the wrapping while the driver is there, and if for any reason you're unhappy with its condition, we'll offer you a full refund, including your delivery costs.
