Up for auction/sale is a set of 4 Lotus Glass Company highball glasses featuring their "Black Gold" pattern. I can't date this Lotus pattern specifically, but I know the design was used on the set of the TV show Dallas in the 1980s.

A lot of people credit Culver, but I suspect Culver may have produced the glassware for designers at Lotus.

If you are into oil or know someone who is or are just looking for some very attractive barware, this is a beautiful set of glasses you don't find very often.

The glasses are all in excellent "Nearly New" condition with no chips or cracks, the glass is clear, the black enamel is bold, and the gold is almost entirely intact on every glass including their rims. The rough overall dimensions are 5 5/8" tall, with a 2 3/4" rim, a 2 3/8" heavily weighted base, and hold nearly 13oz when filled to the brim.

I have described these glasses as best I can, but to augment my description I have provided several high-resolution images of the glasses collectively, and in pairs rotated at roughly 120 degrees to allow for a detailed review of quality, condition, and desirability.

This hard to find set of glasses will be packaged with care to best ensure they arrive as pictured and described.
