This is a vintage promotional figure of long john silver from Disney's 2002 animated science-fiction movie ⁠Treasure Planet.

Preserved inside its original clear plastic blister mold/packaging - no outer bag.


To coincide with the UK theatrical release of Treasure Planet in late 2002, Proctor & Gamble ran a promotional tie-in where consumers could collect tokens from bottles of Fairy Liquid dishwashing soap (or laundry powder) and mail them in to receive these figures.
