This is a vintage item in very good condition. 

"Acheteur Etranger" is imprinted in gold-colored print on red background in a rectangle shape with a pin on back.

The pendant is hung from the pin (could be detached and put onto a chain if you want to wear it that way).

Very colorful design. I have not cleaned this but it could probably be cleaned to be even more colorful.

The back says FOIRE DE LYON 1974. The age of the item shows on the back, with some of the top layer rubbed off (back only).

The pin part is in like-new condition as it has not been worn.
