Warranty Policy

- After 61 days, we offer a repair to all customers; If a handset is returned for a repair but is deemed as uneconomical to repair, a like for like replacement handset will be issued.
- Accidental and water damage are not covered.
- Phones that are returned for a fault covered under the warranty that arrive back with a self inflicted damaged screen or camera lens will void the warranty and will be sent back to the customer.
- Any unauthorised attempts to repair the device will result in voiding the warranty.
- The warranty covers battery-related issues for a period of three months. After this initial period, a service fee will apply if the battery's maximum capacity falls below 80% or any other battery related issues.
