For home delivery, we use Evri for the majority of our domestic package deliveries. 

Most orders will be delivered to you within 8-12 working days.

We guarantee to ship the goods within 5 working days after receiving the payment (Monday to Saturday). Sometimes we list special customized items, so the delivery time will be a little longer. In such cases, we will contact you to inform you of the estimated delivery date.

All the products we sell come with at least a 3-month warranty period (unless otherwise specified). If there is any problem with the product you purchased, please contact us via eBay message.

If the product breaks down within the warranty period for reasons unrelated to your actions, negligence or improper use, you must notify us in writing and/or fill out the warranty claim form (including a description of the fault), and return the product to us. Such products will be sent back to the manufacturer for inspection and testing. Based on the manufacturer's opinion, and in accordance with Article 14.5 and Article 14.6, we will repair (or choose to replace it ourselves) for free with the same or higher quality products, and will not provide any of the above services. The manufacturer's opinion is final and binding. We will no longer be responsible for you. If the product breaks down after the warranty period and you request us to replace or repair it, we will charge you the relevant repair or replacement costs at the current retail price.

If the product fails to comply with the warranty terms, the only remedy you can take as stated in the warranty terms applies.

We will have a reasonable opportunity and conditions to investigate any claims under the warranty terms. If we request in writing, you should safely return the claim product and all packaging materials to us and pay the freight so that we can inspect them.

We will not be responsible for any claims that violate the warranty terms of the claim procedure.

The above warranty is provided by us, but we will not be responsible for wear and tear, intentional damage, negligence, tampering of the goods, incorrect installation by you and/or a third party, abnormal usage environment, failure to follow our instructions and/or the instructions of the goods manufacturer (whether in oral or written form), abuse, modification or repair of the goods without our permission, or failure to follow the instructions of our company.
