A direct, in-person signature is required for all shipments valued at $750 or more. Digital signatures are not accepted. The recipient must be physically present to sign for and receive the package.

Shipments can only be delivered to the exact shipping address listed on the order and cannot be held at a UPS Store or any other location. Once an order has been placed, the shipping address cannot be changed.
