Here's a clean, all-original Paragon 10-R radio frequency amplifier, the missing link in almost every surviving Paragon RA10/DA2 regenerative receiving set out there.
The 10-R was an accessory component for the Paragon RA-10/DA-2, sold to complement its tuning sections by amplifying the incoming radio signal before it reached the tuner's antenna circuit, making the radio more sensitive and better suited to long-distance reception.
Condition of this example is very good throughout. Brushed bakelite panel is clean, with no scratches, no cracks, no scuffs, and legible lettering everywhere. The controls are in nice shape, with no damage. The cabinet finish is original, and it's in good condition, with minimal wear. The original Adams Morgan paper label on the rear interior of the cabinet is intact, undamaged and wholly legible.
Comes with a good brass base tipped 1 amp tube, probably the same tube with which it was shipped when it was new.
All binding post assemblies are original, and all of them are correct. Original wiring harness is original, undamaged and full length.
