Up for auction is a beautiful antique Georgian clear cut-glass spirit decanter in the classic Prussian shape, dating from the early 19th century (circa 1820).Features:Three applied annular ring segments around the neck for easy pouring grip.Elegant sliced vertical panel/flute cuts along the upper body and shoulders.Original ground glass mushroom-shaped stopper with radial starburst/ribbed cutting.Ground/polished out pontil mark on the base. Condition:Very good antique condition. No large chips or cracks to the main body. The stopper fits well into the neck. There is some minor dust/residue in the tight grooves of the stopper cuts which is common and will benefit from a careful clean.
