The bracelet is unmarked, unsigned. Based on the claps, it appears to be antique, possibly mourning jewelry. The material for the black heart is a mystery--vulcanite? It is engraved with initials on one side with a swoop, the other side has an insert of what a looks like a shiny mineral. The chain has a faded golden hue. The pendant is scratched, has a few small chips along the rim.
