Offered here is an original vintage 1940s art print titled “Message of a Rose” by noted calendar and glamour artist Jules Erbit.
This beautiful romantic image depicts an elegant blonde woman in a pink evening gown holding a red rose beneath a moonlit sky. Erbit’s rich colors, soft modeling, and glamorous portrayal are wonderful examples of the classic calendar and pin-up art produced during the 1940s.
The title “Message of a Rose” appears at the bottom of the image, along with Erbit’s signature within the artwork.

Condition:
Very good vintage condition with beautiful, vibrant color. There is a light wrinkle/crease toward the middle right side, along with minor handling and age-related wear consistent with a print of this age. No major tears or significant staining noted. Please review all photographs carefully, as they are an important part of the condition description.
The print will be carefully rolled and shipped in a sturdy mailing tube for protection.

Jules Erbit (1889–1968) was an American illustrator particularly known for his glamorous portraits of women. His artwork appeared extensively on calendars and in advertising during the early to mid-20th century. His romantic compositions and softly rendered figures make his work especially appealing to collectors of vintage calendar, glamour, and pin-up art.
