Post-WW2 Royal Navy issue seaman's collar.  The label is marked for a Luton based manufacturer.  It's not dated, but it would be circa 1960s.  In good overall condition, with some creasing.  It smells quite musty from storage, as I haven't attempted to wash the fabric.
