This product is a pair of vintage Ambrosius Lamm Dresden porcelain ginger jars from around 1900. The jars feature a floral pattern with hand-painted flower petals in multicoloured porcelain, showcasing the art pottery production style used in Dresden at the time. Measuring 125mm in height, these original pieces are a beautiful addition to any collection of decorative pottery and ceramics. Made in Germany, the glossy finish and handmade craftsmanship add to the charm and uniqueness of these elegant vases. Please note that the lids of both the ginger jars have damaged. One (on the left in photos) has a hairline crack the complete width that can faintly be seen from the outside. The other has two cracks, one of which has lots of yellow glue residue and is clearly visible from the outside. I cannot find any damage to the bodies of the jars, HOWEVER, the left hand jar rings like a bell when tapped with a fingernail, whereas the right hand jar has a duller sound.
