Vintage Citizen Challenge diver for repair 

Balance wheel turns when given a puff of air. Not running. Crown does engage hands but doesn't seem to have the first crown position available to wind up the mainspring. Plus the crown can be tricky to press down, however when it works, the crown does screw all the way down
