Hatlo hailed.
Jimmy Hatlo (left) clutches in one hand the silver plaque awarded him for his "They'll Do It Every Time" cartoon, which appears in the Boston American and Sunday Advertiser. With the other hand, he accepts congratulations from Bill Crawford, past president of the National Cartoonists Society, which cited Jimmy in New York.
Hatlo's cartoon was named "Outstanding Panel Cartoon of the Year."
