Description
This is a rare mid eighteenth century English salt glazed stoneware oval dish, very crisply moulded with baroque designs, the rim with extensive pierced fretwork. Probably by a Staffordshire maker.
Condition: There is a hairline crack, ( thuds when tapped) but no chips or restoration - it displays very well. See the photographs for exact condition.
Size: about 11 1/4 inches ( 28.5 cm) wide
