The cushions have all been recovered recently and are very comfortable.

It comes with a porch awning, all poles and instructions are included.

There are loads of storage cupboards throughout.

It comes with its own toilet, shower and hand basin

We have recently had it serviced (22/06/26) with the cooker, fridge freezer, heater and microwave all checked. 

We have had new wheel bearings fitted and hitch pads replaced.

The tyres need replacing as they are cracking (this will be done before the end of the sale)

A slight leak was picked up during the service due to a water inlet pipe not being connected properly, the pipe has now been re-fitted securely and the moisture has dried out.
