RARE 1/6 PLATE TINTYPE - FUNNY CARTOON IMAGE OF MAN PLAYING BANJO TO HIS CAT - You are considering a rare cartoon foreground tintype of a man playing a banjo to his cat. Great painted foreground of the interior of a home, including a fireplace and other decorations. Good luck to all my fellow collectors landing this very rare and humorous tintype. CONDITION: Please view my detailed photos for the actual condition of the image and as part of my description. The sixth plate contains excellent contrast, tonal range and sharpness. The image has some very light surface wear consistent with age and two clipped corners. I am sure this photograph will be cherished by a collector of antique photography.
