For sale is an authentic vintage Soviet men's mechanical wristwatch "Raketa" (Rocket), made in the USSR (Petrodvorets Watch Factory) circa 1970-1980s. Highly collectible model with a gold-plated case.
Specifications:
Movement: Legendary Soviet manual-wind caliber 2609.HA (stamped SU - Soviet Union).
Case: Soviet Gold Plated, features the authentic "AU" stamp on the case near the lug. Stainless steel back with serial number 252 and factory "П" logo.

Dial: Classic clean white dial with elegant Arabic numerals and cursive Raketa logo.

Condition:
Cosmetic condition is good vintage with some wear to the gold plating on the lugs, consistent with age (please check detailed photos). The dial and the movement inside are very clean.

Movement Condition: The watch balance is intact. When shaken or moved, the balance wheel spins and the watch starts ticking and running. However, due to its vintage age, the old oil has dried up, and the watch likely needs a professional cleaning and lubrication (servicing) to keep accurate long-term time. Sold as described.
