🪴 PLANT SIZE / CONDITION:

Most plants are currently growing in ~4" pots (give or take)

Some may be slightly smaller or larger depending on variety.

All plants are rooted and actively growing

Exception: bromeliad or air plant offsets may be included occasionally and will be well-established pups

These are healthy, established starter plants — not tiny fresh cuttings.

Plants will be carefully packed for safe travel

May ship in pot or bare root depending on size and box fit

A little cosmetic stress from shipping is normal — they bounce back quickly 🌱

General Shop Info:

I ship out fast and free, usually the same or next business day,and in many cases via USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Cacti, succulents, and other hardy plants sometimes ship USPS Ground. Some plants ship with nursery pots, others don't. Pictures are taken of the plant(s) when it is shipped. I ship carefully to ensure your plant arrives safely and we try to reuse packaging as much as possible. Most plants do just fine with shipping, but every once in awhile there may be a plant that will be a diva about being in a dark box for a few days - a bit of wilting or leaf loss can sometimes happen. Please be advised once the plant is shipped and leaves my care, I no longer have control of it. I sell mostly tropical and subtropical plants-if it is below freezing onthe way to your destination, please wait to order. I do sometimes have heat packs in stock, so reach out to me if you need one, otherwise you will be ordering at your own risk if it will be shipped through freezing temperatures.

The Kitsch Kitty Garden Shop is a Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) registered plant nursery and we only will ship out healthy plants. Our nursery is inspected by the Florida Department of Agriculture. In addition, I personally inspect each plant before it ships out. In the rare occasion your plant arrives severely damaged from shipment or has an issue we missed, please snap a photo right away and contact me within 24 hours and we will work together to make it right.
