An exceptional George IV solid silver snuff box, dating from 1825, fully hallmarked for London and crafted by the renowned silversmith Charles Kay.

This superb early 19th-century piece is beautifully made and remains in outstanding antique condition. The exterior has been carefully cleaned and polished to restore the finer craftsmanship. The interior has intentionally not been polished, As we wanted to preserve the attractive original gilt finish and its authentic antique character.

Whether added to a collection of fine English silver or used as an elegant trinket box, this is a highly desirable and beautifully preserved example of Georgian craftsmanship.
