This is a VERY COOL NOS Craftsman Professional Accu-Cut 3 in 1 Cutting Hand Tool Cutter.  Part # 37310 USA.  Made in U.S.A.  EXCELLENT condition and NEVER used.  NO previous owners marks or etchings.  Packaging shows very light drawer / storage wear (see pic).  Sold As-Is.
