Bronze James Buchanan Presidential Medal 3" Original Box, Bag 115-247

In original bag that has not been opened.

It has a bust of the President on the front.
Even on unopened bags some of these have black smudges on the coin. I don't know if it could just wipe off since I don't want to open the original bag or damage the medal. See the pictures for marks. Some are perfect.

The back has the Inauguration information or other vignette on it. The medal is about 3 inches in diameter, 3/16 inch thick and weighs about 8 ounces. It is made of bronze.
