This isn’t perfect, but I’d say it’s in acceptable condition. At its worst, the magazine may have water or humidity damage, torn or missing pages, writing, stains, age-related discoloration, and similar issues. I believe the condition is consistent with its age and use. I’ve tried to capture some of these details in the photos, so please review them to judge the condition for yourself.
