Instructions for Use: Park the vehicle, turn off the engine, open the hood, lock the doors, and wait for the vehicle to enter sleep mode. Clamp the for battery negative terminal with the spring clip, the for battery negative terminal with the black clip, and the for battery positive terminal with the red clip. Loosen the for battery negative terminal clamp nut and disconnect the for battery negative terminal clamp from the for battery. Read the multimeter reading. 50mA corresponds to a multimeter reading of 0.05A. After measurement, disassemble the device before reinstalling the for battery negative terminal to avoid sparks during wiring. The measuring tool comes with a 10A miniature fuse. If the fuse is damaged, replace it with a fuse of the same specification. Precautions: Before measuring leakage current, turn off the engine and remove the key. Do not start the engine during testing to avoid burning out the fuse; the sleep time varies depending on the vehicle model, please wait patiently for the vehicle to enter sleep mode before performing the measurement. The standby current varies depending on the vehicle model. The for ideal value for a typical vehicle is between 20-50mA (Note: The initial reading on the instrument panel is 30mA.
