1. Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the sale date. Late returns: Any return requested from 31+ days after the sale date can be difficult to process, although we will always try to help, Vintage Jap Spares will treat late returns to their discretion.

2. Condition of Return: The product and original packaging must be returned in acceptable condition. If the returned item or packaging is damaged or incomplete, a reduced refund may be issued at our discretion.

3. Return Procedure:

- The buyer is responsible for returning the product and packaging at their own cost to our return address.

- Upon receiving the returned item in acceptable condition, we will refund the original purchase amount. If Vintage Jap Spares accepts fault on their part for the return (e.g. broken item or wrongly supplied), the original freight charge will also be refunded.

- If Vintage Jap Spares accepts fault on their part for the return and you choose to purchase a replacement item, we will ship it to you with free freight, ensuring that you only pay for one item and one freight charge in total.
