Vermicular Soup Pot SP01-WH in Sea Salt White.
This compact 1.9-liter enameled cast iron pot combines Vermicular’s excellent waterless cooking performance with a convenient kettle-style shape, pouring spout, and wooden handle.
Designed for approximately one to two servings, it can be used for a wide variety of cooking methods, including waterless cooking, simmering, boiling, heating water, cooking rice, searing, and deep-frying.
Its tall, compact shape is especially suitable for soups, vegetable potage, pasta, risotto, stews, and other one-pot meals. The precision-fitting lid helps retain moisture and brings out the natural sweetness and umami of ingredients.
The stylish combination of enameled cast iron and wood blends naturally into a wide range of kitchen interiors.
Compatible with gas, induction, halogen, radiant, and sheathed heaters.
Please note that the wooden handle has a heat resistance temperature of 60°C / 140°F. The pot body is heat resistant up to 300°C / 572°F.
