It is a flame-like, high-temperature plasma heating tool that uses electricity and ambient air as the working gas.
Primarily designed for residual hair singeing in meat processing, its plasma arc generates an extremely high core temperature, estimated at approximately 9,800°C—around two to three times that of a typical fuel flame. The highly concentrated heat rapidly vaporises residual hair and its roots, while the extremely short heating time helps minimise heat transfer to the surrounding skin, helping preserve its softness. It may also be used for other surface-heating applications.
