Up for sale is a rare vintage Nippon Kogaku W-NIKKOR.C 2.8cm (28mm) f/3.5 wide-angle prime lens for Nikon S Rangefinder mount.

Comes complete with the original leather hard case and rear cap.

Condition:
Very Good Condition / Fully Functional

- Optical Condition:
- No fungus and no deep scratches on optics.
- Faint, minor haze exists only around the edge/perimeter of the middle element when inspected under strong light. Imperceptible under normal lighting conditions and has zero impact on practical test photos.
- Microscopic internal dust particles present as normal for vintage optics.

- Mechanical Details:
- Focus operation is smooth across the entire rotation range.
- Aperture ring clicks crisply and blades move smoothly without oil residue.

- Exterior Cosmetic Condition:
- Very clean cosmetic condition with minimal surface wear, retaining good original paint gloss.
- No dents, severe gouges, or impact marks on the lens barrel.
- Included leather case shows minor age-related cosmetic scuffs, but remains sturdy and protective.
