Antique Italian handmade whitework linen and lace round tablecloth.  Lavishly embellished with delicate hand embroidery, cutwork, filet lace and Cantu lace inserts. Featuring fruit, cherubs and figural elements (animals/fox from the French "Fables de La Fontaine"). Scalloped filet lace trim all around. Apx 90" diameter. A few minor flaws (see close-ups); otherwise very good, clean condition. With provenance, part of a large multi-generational estate collection, with homes in Boston, Paris, and Miami.
