Crucial Carrier Freight Mandates and Disclosure:
  • Transparent Disclosure: Consignees must accurately verify their structural unloading capacity and zoning type **prior to freight dispatch**. Buyers accept total financial liability for any supplemental transport fees or accessorial charges generated due to undisclosed property parameters.
  • On-Call Communications: You must supply a secure, direct telephone number at checkout. Freight dispatchers will hold freight at the local terminal if the consignee fails to answer delivery scheduling window attempts, incurring storage/redelivery penalties at the buyers expense.
  • Zero Manual Unloading: Commercial freight operators are strictly prohibited by insurance regulations from letting buyers hand-unload loose equipment out of a standard box truck. You must have mechanical extraction equipment on-site or request a hydraulic liftgate truck in advance.
