Vintage Singer 306K Heavy Duty Sewing Machine with Pedal and Case - Read Desc

Good condition 306k sewing machine with lamp

Sewing machine turns on. The motor spins and the lamp still works

The sewing machine is in good condition for its age and the case has the some wear and tear marks

Unfortunately i believe the upper shaft has seized that goes to the needle.
The motor spins but it seems it doesnt rotate the inner shaft. It moves slightly by hand but not much and seems siezed or there is a disconnection somewhere. I have been inside and tryed to diagnose this myself but to no luck.
