This plate has been signed. It measures 10.75 inches round. Mr. Walter is best known for his large fused hot glass window panels, and glass mosaic pictures/scenes. Like any artist, he had to make smaller items to afford his passion for art. Mr. Walter's art glass has been on exhibit in numerous museums and galleries throughout the south. He won many awards for his work, including being named Alabama master craftsman. His work is on display in Georgia, Tennessee, and Florida. Several of his pieces are also house at the Columbia art league.k,w2
