WHAT IS TENS?
Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) is a non-drug non-invasive pain relief method. The sensory nerve is stimulated by a gentle and trace electric current to block the transmission of pain sensory nerve signals to achieve analgesic effect.

IMPORTANT

  1. Do not move or touch the electrode pads while the product is on. It may shock.
  2. Do not use any TENS unit if you are pregnant;
  3. Do not use any TENS unit if you are using a pacemaker or other metal;
  4. Do not use for labor or hypertension patients;
  5. Do not place electrode pads on broken or damaged skin;
  6. Do not use it near the sensitive parts of the body, heart, brain, mouth, etc.
  7. Please increase strength level one by one, don't continuously increase the intensity level in short time.
  8. Treatment can not be effected unless all of the electrodes are placed.

HOW TO USE?

Firstly, put the batteries in the main unit. (3AAA betteries powered), and then Press the ON/OFF button for about 3 seconds to turn on the instrument.Please confirm you had put 2 pcs electrode pads on arm & increase the intensity level when you use.(Ensure that the wires and the electrode Patches are well connected)

Below description about how to increase intensity level:
Set the intensity: Press M+ to increase the intensity.press M- to decreasethe intensity.Please press button " +/-" when you use with 2 gel pads adjust the intensity.
Note:The aim is not to get to level 50 - just find a seting that is comfortablefor you.Please adjust the intensity gradually from weak to strong.(Tips：after you adjust the mode, the intensity will beome "0")
