We do our best to describe all panels accurately. Any significant signs of wear, tear, damage, dents or scratches will be noted on the listing and usually photographed. Please note however that these are clearly used items and may have minor blemishes not referred to. If you are unsure please call us and we can describe items in more detail. If for any reason item arrives not as described please call the numbers above and we will be more than willing to rectify the problem. 

Items are sent via courier. In the unfortunate event that an item arrives damaged please contact us via the above telephone numbers and we will be more than happy to help you. Any damages must be reported via the telephone number above within 24 hours so please check your items thouroughly upon arrival. Failing to do so may result in no refund or return being accepted as it's incredibly hard to claim from courier after this time has passed. 

Most doors are sold complete but please assume all doors are bare unless you ask prior to purchase, this is due to some items having to be stripped out of the door so that it is light enough to go on the courier service. Mirrors are sold separately.

Any additional express postage selected (such as DPD Next Day or Parcelforce 24 hour options) would not be refunded in the event of the customer returning a correctly supplied item. Note: This does not apply to a faulty item return.
