In fair to good condition. The set was untested and the bulbs will need to be replaced. The bulbs show signs of being burnt out and one has cracks forming. The clear window on the device has a couple small black spots. There was an attempt to clean it off but it also left many light scratches. The paint in the boxes have never been used.
