This is a set of TWO 2003-dated NEW Bell "Dirtster" BMX 16" Bike Tires, 16x1.75.  They fit 16" Bicycle Wheels of rim widths from 1.75" to 2.125". 

These tires were purchased new by me from Wal-Mart over 20 years ago, and they have been in dry, dark storage since then.  They are new with the tags on them as shown.  However, they are dusty and dirty from being in an old storage building for so long.  They are soft, pliable, and not cracked except a couple of spots, as shown in close-up, at the 2 dents on one inner bead of one tire where they hung from a wall nail.  Please look closely at the last photos for these details.  They hung on a hook on the wall for all of these years.  I have not attempted to wash them because of the tags being on them.

We no longer have any 16" bikes, and I have heard this type of tire is desirable.
