New without tags with minor imperfections (blue faint marks on front, and one mark on sleeve -- see photos- hardly noticeable). It is from the AG sample development production line. Some items are very unique, absolute one of a kind, including hand written material tags. Others are the first productions sent to purchasing managers, etc. They tend to be the highest quality items for that reason.
