for Making Beer
one Box of hops you Boil 1. one hrs and 30 min
one Can of Malt you Boil 10 min when Boiling Malt add 2 lbs of sugar. Boil Hops first then take the Hops out and put in a Crock. Then Boil Malt and mix with the Hop Water together. Then add Water to fill the Crock full let cool off and add the yeast and let it stand two or three days. Then when you Bottle it put one teaspoonful of sugar in each Bottle and let it stand two or three Weeks before drinking it.
for 4 or 5 gals 3/4 of yeast cake
8 or 10 gals one hole yeast cake
