 Up for sale is a Vintage “Magazine of Fantasy and Science Fiction” Pulp Magazine! This is the rare January 1957 issue, Volume 12 Number 1. This issue features Wilderness by Zenna Henderson, The Dead Sexton by Joseph Sheridan Le Fanu, Green Fingers by Arthur C. Clarke, All That Glitters by Arthur C. Clarke, New Murders for Old by John Dickson Carr, Rescue Mission by Gordon R. Dickson, Operation Salamander by Poul Anderson, and The Wild Wood by Mildred Clingerman. Most are the original first printings of these classic science fiction stories and novelettes in any publication. The magazine features a wonderful painted cover by pulp artist Paul Blaisdell. This is a 128-page pulp magazine published by Fantasy House that measures about 7⅝” x 5½”. As shown in the photos, the magazine is in very good condition for its age with a little cover wear and light soiling. The paper is intact along the magazine’s spine, and the magazine is complete and remains well bound. It has clean pages with some light corner creasing where bumped and no writing, rips, or tears. This rare vintage Magazine of Fantasy and Science Fiction would make a great addition to your collection!
