Refund & Exchange Policy:
- Returns for full refund are only valid for item sale price, not including shipping costs.
- All items returned to us require an issued Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by our customer support. You can obtain this RMA number by simply messaging us through eBay.
- All items returned without a valid RMA number will be delayed in processing, or returned back to the sender.
- We offer our customers a 60 day period/warranty from purchase date to exchange or refund their order, all items eligible must still be in new or unworn/resellable condition.
