These are designed to work with 5x2.75", 5x72mm, and 6x70mm steering wheel bolt patterns commonly found on MPI, Grant, Momo, Sparco, OMP, and NRG.

The 0.5" spacer allows just enough room for steering wheel horn buttons to be mounted and plugged in.

The 1.5" and 2.5" spacers allow you to dial in how close you want your wheel.

You will need long enough mounting bolts to reach all the way though the wheel, spacer, and disconnect (spacer+0.5" should be enough).

These are 3D printed out of PA6-GF, an OE automotive functional material used to make high heat & strong parts like intake manifolds, TPMS sensors, ect. It has decent UV resistance, great durability, good chemical resistance, great heat resistance (195F).
