Oil/Gas/Fuel Hose End Fittings Kit
👀 CPE braided hose mostly can be work with coolant, diesel, oil, hydraulic fluid, pump gas, air and fuel. Please notice that the service life might be shorter when it work with fuel. This braided hose can be used in brake system, fuel pump, fuel filter, oil return, fuel return system, turbo cooler system, and transmission system, oil cooler kit, ect.
👀 Nylon fiber and stainless steel braid cover for excellent flexibility and resistance to abrasion. Not recommended installation in corrosive environment, braided fuel line's service life will be influenced. Outer nylon braided has excellent inflaming and safer to use.
👀 We do provide various different AN4 / AN6 / AN8 / AN10 / AN12 hose lines as CPE / PTFE and Push-Lock Rubber with kinds of Length.
- The braided fuel line can stand-104ºF to +302 ºF/-40ºC to +150ºC, 500 PSI Pressure Tolerance, the fuel line has good retardancy and excellent corrosion resistance.Best for the brake system, fuel pump, fuel filter, oil return, fuel return system, turbo cooler system, and transmission system, oil cooler kit, ect..
- The 6an fuel line specially designed to compatible with any fuel (including methanol and nitromethane), oil, coolant, brake, transmission, clutch, diesel, hydraulic fluid, pump gas, and nitrous oxide. but NOT FIT E85.
- The highlight of this fuel line is its sublime pliability. Steel, aluminum, or plastic lines will not bend as easily as this tube. The superior bending ability of this fuel tube makes it easier to install. It also results in more fluidity in transmission.
- Removable head for both push-on or twist-lock application
- Application: Universal Brake Lines, Clutch Lines, Fuel Systems, Turbo oil feed Hose, Coolant Systems, Oil Pressure Systems, Gauge lines & Power Steering.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION:
Wrap masking tape over the area to cut to ensure a nice clean cut and prevent the braid from unravelling.
Clean cut the hose and clean away debris.
Clamp the fitting socket into the vise and insert hose into socket
Apply lube to nipple
Start hand threading the socket down onto the fitting. Be careful not to strip the threads when starting. Tighten the initial threads by hand being careful not to strip the threads when starting.
Once the hose goes over nipple tighten using adjustable wrench.
