Condition & Inclusions
- All EV batteries are sold as complete, fully sealed assemblies in their original outer casings as removed from the vehicle.
- Any external ancillary items left attached (e.g. exterior wiring harnesses, coolant pipes, mounting brackets) are supplied free of charge and are not covered under warranty.
- We only guarantee the main high-voltage battery unit and its internal components.
Compatibility & Fitment
- The year range in our title is for guidance only and does not guarantee fitment.
- To ensure compatibility, please contact us with your vehicle registration, VIN, or part number before purchasing.
Installation Requirements
- All EV batteries must be installed by a qualified high-voltage / EV professional.
- The vehicle's battery cooling system must be fully flushed and filled with fresh OEM-spec coolant before installation.
- Complete battery packs require specific diagnostic programming, module coding, or adaptation to your vehicle to function.
- Failure to follow correct high-voltage fitting and programming procedures will invalidate your warranty.
Warranty Coverage
- EV batteries include a 6-month warranty from the original purchase invoice date covering internal breakdown and failure.
- If the battery fails, our primary obligation is to supply a replacement unit. A full refund will only be issued if a suitable replacement cannot be sourced within a reasonable timeframe.
- Warranty is non-transferable and applies strictly to the original purchaser named on the invoice.
Warranty Exclusions & Voiding
- Strictly No Labour Coverage: This warranty does not cover labour costs, mechanic's fees, fitting/removal charges, vehicle recovery, towing, or replacement car hire.
- All units are security marked. Any dismantling, tampering, opening of the sealed casing, or missing components will automatically void the warranty.
- Warranty does not cover failures caused by adjacent vehicle faults, overheating, neglect, or incorrect installation procedures.
Warranty Validation & Claims Process
- A warranty form will be sent after purchase and must be signed to validate the warranty.
- To make a claim, you must provide the original invoice, matching vehicle registration (VRM), and clear diagnostic reports, videos, or images of the fault.
- We reserve the right to physically inspect the returned battery unit before approving any replacement or refund.
- Exchange units must be returned within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.
Returns & Inspection
- Faulty units may be returned for inspection. If a fault is confirmed, we will replace or refund at our discretion.
- If we are prevented from inspecting the item, the warranty may be void.

Warranty Coverage
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we stand behind the products we sell.
All mechanical parts (excluding engines, transmissions, and high-voltage EV batteries) are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
Extended Cover: Extended warranties are available at an additional cost upon request. Please contact us via eBay messages for more information.
What Is Excluded: This warranty does not cover installation or removal labour costs, additional or consequential expenses, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by abuse, misuse, incorrect installation, improper repairs, maintenance, alterations, or modifications.
Fitment & Inspection: Please ensure the part is correct before cutting, painting, modifying, or final installation. Altered items and custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. All items must be inspected immediately upon delivery and any issues reported promptly.
Refunds & Replacements: If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued for the cost of the part and the original shipping paid.
Items returned in a damaged condition or not in their original supplied state may be subject to a deduction from the refund.
General Information
All items are sold in accordance with eBay’s policies and protections. Any return requests must be opened through eBay and handled via the eBay returns process.
Warranty Coverage

Engines & Major Components
Engines are supplied as long blocks only (head, block, and sump) unless otherwise stated in the listing. Any ancillaries left attached, including but not limited to water pumps, belts, sensors, or pulleys, are supplied free of charge and are not covered under warranty.
We strongly recommend replacing all service items prior to installation.
Condition & Installation
Items must not be dismantled, modified, or tampered with prior to inspection or return. All identifying and security markings must remain intact.
Items returned in a condition different from how they were supplied may be subject to a deduction from the refund, where permitted by eBay policy.
This warranty covers the supplied part only. Labour costs, removal costs, refitting costs, diagnostic charges, and any associated expenses are not covered under any circumstances.
Delivery & Inspection
All items should be inspected upon delivery. Any damage or issues should be reported through eBay as soon as possible so the matter can be resolved promptly.
Overseas Orders
For overseas orders, warranty coverage and return eligibility are subject to eBay policy and the listing details provided at the time of purchase.

Missed Deliveries
If delivery is unsuccessful due to no one being available, incorrect delivery details, or failure to rearrange delivery with the courier, the item may be returned to us.
Any additional costs incurred as a result of failed delivery attempts may be handled in line with eBay policy.
Failed Delivery
If delivery is missed, the courier may leave instructions to rearrange delivery.
Engines and Gearboxes
A £50 additional delivery charge will apply if a second delivery attempt is required. This includes deliveries made using our own delivery service.
Orders Sent via Third-Party Pallet Couriers
A £50 additional delivery charge will be applied from the second delivery attempt onward.
Panels and Other Items
For panels and other items delivered using our own delivery service, a £25 additional delivery charge will apply from the third delivery attempt onward.
Orders Sent via Parcelforce or FedEx
If an item is returned to us by Parcelforce or FedEx due to multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, a £8 re-delivery charge will apply.
Agreement

Returns
All returns must be opened through eBay and will be handled strictly in accordance with eBay’s returns policy.
Items must be returned in the same condition as supplied. If an item is returned damaged, incomplete, or not as originally supplied, a deduction from the refund may be applied where permitted by eBay policy.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.
Only the value of the part will be refunded. Labour costs and postage costs are not refundable.
