Good used working condition: there are marks/scratches/wear from previous normal handling usage. Please note that two batteries are included but only one is designated as specific to this model printer (even though they both fit and appear to charge). Only one battery holds charge and it almost certainly doesn't hold as much charge as when new (duration hasn't been tested). The ink cartridges need to be replaced.
