Chinese ad-cards. They have something to scan in the back, maybe exclusive to China but I don't know to be honest and I haven't scanned them. I opened a OP02 Chinese box and these were in every pack. After some research, they aren't tournament legal but I hope kitchen sink gamers may want them. Beats using a piece of paper.
