Full Effect! is a crazy scarce magazine that only lasted a few years in the early 90s. Great pop culture archive, loaded with articles, interviews, and pin ups that skew mostly towards the rap and hip hop scene, but with a much more mainstream focus than contemporary magazines like Word Up
