Print Process
All artwork is printed in full CMYK colour. Any files supplied in RGB or spot colour formats will automatically be converted to CMYK before printing, so please bear this in mind when preparing your design.
Turnaround Time
Every order goes through a free artwork check on arrival. Once approved, we print within 2 working days and dispatch via tracked Royal Mail or APC Courier, depending on the delivery option you've chosen. Please keep an eye on your emails after ordering — if there's an issue with your file we'll be in touch, and delays are almost always down to missed messages. Double-check your eBay contact email is up to date before ordering.
Delivery
Free UK mainland delivery is included once your order has been printed.
VAT
Flyers and leaflets are zero-rated for VAT, so no VAT is added to your order.
